Objectives of the Organization: The objectives of Silikhabari Yuba Sangha are:

3.संस्था के उद्देश्य: Providing Education, health care, removing poverty, making world enjoyable for everyone.

  • To promote social welfare and community development activities.
  • To encourage education, literacy, and skill development among youth and women.
  • To organize cultural, sports, and traditional heritage programs.
  • To support sustainable agriculture, organic farming, vermicompost, mushroom cultivation, and fisheries development.
  • To create awareness regarding health, sanitation, environment, and climate change.
  • To empower women through livelihood and self-employment activities.
  • To organize workshops, awareness camps, training programs, and seminars.
  • To promote self-help groups and entrepreneurship development.
  • To undertake relief and rehabilitation work during natural disasters and emergencies.
  • To collaborate with Government departments, NGOs, institutions, and other organizations for social development activities.
  • To promote art, culture, Satriya dance, music, and traditional Assamese heritage.
  • To work for child welfare, youth development, and rural upliftment.
  1. Non- Profit Nature: The organization shall work on a non-profit basis. Any income or property of the organization shall be utilized solely for the promotion of its objectives.
  1. ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION (AOA)
  1. Membership
  • Any person above 18 years who supports the objectives of the organization may become a member.
  • Membership may be terminated by resignation, misconduct, or violation of organizational rules.
  • Members shall have the right to participate in meetings and organizational activities.
  1. Executive Committee Member: The organization shall have an Executive Committee Member consisting of:

  1. Powers and Duties
  1. President:- Preside over meetings and guide the organization.
  1. Secretary:- Maintain records, correspondence, and implement resolutions.
  • Treasurer:- Maintain accounts and financial records of the organization.
  1. Meetings
  2. General meetings shall be held at least once every year.
  3. Executive meetings shall be conducted as and when necessary.4Decisions shall be taken by majority vote.
  1. Funds and Accounts
  1. Funds may be collected through donations, grants, subscriptions, and lawful sources.
  2. The bank account shall be jointly operated by the Secretary and Treasurer or any authorized members.
  3. Proper accounts shall be maintained and audited annually.
  1. Amendment

Any amendment to the Memorandum or Articles may be made by a two-thirds majority of members present in a general meeting.

  1. Dissolution

In case of dissolution of the organization, all assets remaining after settlement of liabilities shall be transferred to another non-profit organization with similar objectives.

FOOD AND WATER for free roaming animals during coVID 19 Out break.
